<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the shade loss (shadow loss) of an electrode existing on the front surface of a solar cell, and to maintain the effect when the solar cell is installed outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: A light directed toward the electrode is refracted/fully reflected by providing bubbles in a sealing member directly above the electrode, and arrived at a photovoltaic element.
