PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow respective communication stations to dynamically and autonomously switch communication channels in accordance with the using states of the respective communication channels while reducing the load on a network. SOLUTION: A communication channel is constituted of an inherent hopping pattern for switching frequency channels in each symbol. The preamble part of a packet is transmitted by the same hopping pattern as that of a data part and a receiving side receives the preamble part by one frequency channel without hopping the frequency channel, so that the hopping pattern, i.g. the communication channel, can be identified.
