PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management call system for apartments which makes it unnecessary to perform a predetermined recording instruction operation each time of recording a message in a normal mode residence information board. SOLUTION: The residence information board is at least provided with a means to automatically respond calling from either another residence information board, an alarm monitor board, a lobby intercom, and set switching an absent mode which automatically records a received message, valid or invalid; and a control means to execute message recording which makes a message from a calling origin being recorded in a recording means. The residence information board or the alarm monitoring board is at least provided with a recording setting means. The recording setting means makes setting that the residence information board in which the absent mode is set invalid, does not automatically respond to calling from the lobby intercom or another residence information boards, automatically responds to calling from the alarm monitoring board, and automatically records a received message, to be valid or invalid.
