PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic reproducing apparatus with a vibrator using a function in combination with a function other than an acoustic radiation function. SOLUTION: The apparatus is configured in such a way that a voice coil is coupled to a vibrator using a function in combination with a function other than an acoustic radiation function, and a magnetic flux generating means in a non-contact state is provided in a range acting on this voice coil. This configuration can realize reduction in size and thickness of the apparatus, and since the vibrator uses a function in combination with a function other than the acoustic radiation function, the vibration plate is not necessary and cost reduction and improvement of productivity can be realized by reducing the parts count.
