PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device, having a voltage stabilizing capacitor that is reduced in capacity variation due to the voltage fluctuation. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device has a circuit node which should set to an operating voltage which is different from the power-supply voltage and grounding voltage and the voltage-stabilizing capacitor connected to the circuit node. The voltage-stabilizing capacitor is constituted, by connecting in parallel at least two MOS capacitors which show different capacity variations to the voltage fluctuation of the circuit node.
