PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve position precision of a metal dome, and also improve workability at the time of repairing and manufacturing in the structure of a metal dome type switch with ventilation groove for having a water-proofness/dustproofness. SOLUTION: By pasting large-sized pressure-sensitive adhesion sheets 3 together, which are provided with an opening part 31 formed corresponding to installment position of the switch contact on the surface of a printed-circuit board 1 equipped with a switch contact, and which are provided with the ventilation groove 32 to be coupled to the opening part, the ventilation groove 32 to release air in a switch is formed, and furthermore the metal dome with a small piece pressing sheet which is prepared by mounting one metal dome 2 on a pressure-sensitive adhesion layer 4b of the small piece pressing sheet 4 is mounted on the switch contact arranged inside the opening part 31, and the metal dome 2 is fixed to the printed-circuit board 1 by pasting the peripheral edge part of the small piece pressing sheet 4 adhered to the metal dome 2 on the surface of the large-sized pressure-sensitive adhesion sheet 3.
