PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at synchronization among three phases by restraining fluctuation of movement of each main shaft facing a three-phase vacuum valve. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic operation device equipped with an electromagnetic operation unit 4 fitted in pair with a vacuum valve 1 of each of the three phases is provided with a main shaft 2 operating for each phase, and a three-phase coupling shaft 3 synchronizing the operation of the three phases in linkage with each main shaft. A rod 44 of the electromagnetic operation unit 4 is linked with a blade 45 of the main shaft 2 at a fulcrum 46, and a blade 47 of the three-phase coupling shaft 3 is coupled with the blade 45 of the main shaft 2 by a coupling part 7. Movement of the main shaft 2 moving first is transferred to the other main shafts through the coupling shaft 3 to synchronize the three phases. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
