PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of dew condensation on a casing surface of a blowout chamber even when an air volume adjusting plate is mounted in an air trunk. SOLUTION: In this built-in type air conditioner wherein a blowout duct is extended in an unit main body mounted on a ceiling part of a building and storing a heat exchanger and a fan, and the blowout chamber faced to an air-conditioned room at its blowout port, is connected with the blowout duct, the blowout chamber 48 comprises a chamber main body provided with an air hole communicated with the blowout duct, the air volume adjusting plate 93 bendably mounted on a position corresponding to the air hole through a connecting part 93C, and a slit 93D formed near the connecting part 93C for blocking heat transfer between the air volume adjusting plate 93 and the chamber main body through the connecting part 93C are provided.
