PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin multitubular heat exchanger capable of stabilizing the shape of a mesh part as a whole, and simplifying the processing of thin tubular end parts and connection with a header part. SOLUTION: In this thin multitubular heat exchanger 2 wherein a heat transfer tube part for passing a refrigerant is composed of a number of thin tubes 2a having less than a prescribed outer diameter, and the number of thin tubes 2a of less than the prescribed outer diameter are arranged at prescribed intervals with a mesh structure, an immobilizing part 5 of a prescribed width is formed on an outer peripheral side end part of the mesh part. According to this constitution, the outer peripheral side end part of the mesh part composed of a number of thin tubes 2a arranged in intersecting with each other is immobilized by the immobilizing part 5, and kept in a woven state without being touched, and the stable mesh shape can be kept as the whole heat exchanger.
