PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hindrance to working efficiency in installation, by preventing a box-shaped member upper part from falling to this side in installation work, even when a diameter of installation holes of an installation flange of a box-shaped member is sharply larger than a stud bolt diameter. SOLUTION: An installation structure of a breather tank (the box-shaped member) is positioned on one side surface side of the breather tank (the box-shaped member), and is installed via brackets 7 and 8 having the installation holes 11 and 12. The diameter of the installation holes 11 and 12 is formed larger than a nominal dimension of a stud bolt B. A collar 13 having an inner peripheral flange 13b having an inner diameter a little larger than the nominal dimension of the bolt B on the installation surface side of the brackets 7 and 8 and having an outer peripheral flange 13c on the opposite side to the installation surface of the flange 13b, is installed in the installation holes 11 and 12, and is held by the stud bolt B and a nut N via the collar 13.
