PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a plastic-made winding core usable in a clean room and capable of preventing transfer of a step caused by a film itself. SOLUTION: A sponge-like sheet 3 is wound around a plastic-made cylindrical basic part 3. A shrink film 4 covers to cover the wound sponge-like sheet 3 further.
