PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protective film preventing influence such as curl or the like to an adherend such as a polycarbonate film or the like, a manufacturing method of the surface protective film, a surface protective laminate including the surface protective film, and a manufacturing method of the surface protective laminate. SOLUTION: The surface protective film comprises a peelable film base and an adhesive layer. The surface protective film satisfies the relational expression (1): F<SB>(ad)</SB>-F<SB>(ba)</SB>>0, where F<SB>(ba)</SB>is a 180°peel force between the film base and the adhesive layer after hardening, and F<SB>(ad)</SB>is the 180°peel force between the adhesive layer after hardening and the adherend.
