PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple layer polylactic acid resin film which inhibits the bleed of a plasticizer on the surface of a film, prevents the blocking between the films, and does not cause the blocking even in a crystallization process and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method is to manufacture the multiple layer polylactic acid resin film which is a multiple layer film, wherein; a polylactic acid resin layer which consists of a mixture comprising a 100 pts.wt. polylactic acid resin comprising a 50-100 wt.% weakly crystallizable nature or non-crystallizable nature polylactic acid having a 7-20 % D-configuration concentration and a 0-50 wt.% crystalline polylactic acid having a 0-6% of D-configuration concentration and, incorporated therewith, a 15-50 pts.wt. plasticizer blended; and at least one sort of polyester resin layer chosen from an aliphatic polyester resin or an aliphatic-aromatic polyester resin having a 0°C or lower glass transition temperature are laminated with each other.
