PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wheelchair from moving to a road surface from the upper face of a platform even when the wheelchair is detached from a wheelchair locking apparatus while the wheelchair locking apparatus unlocks the wheelchair. SOLUTION: The subject wheelchair-moving device 101 for a vehicle is provided with: the wheelchair locking apparatus 10 for locking the wheelchair 1 to the platform 76; and a flapper 40 which is provided on the platform 76 and is movable between an operating position where the flapper 40 is bridged so that the wheelchair 1 can move between the upper surface of the platform 76 and the road surface and a housing position where the flapper is erected to prevent the wheelchair 1 from moving back when the platform 76 is at a get-on position. The wheelchair-moving device 101 is provided with a linking mechanism 30 for moving the flapper 40 from the operating position to the housing position linked with the operation of locking the wheelchair 1 by the locking device 10 and moving the flapper 40 from the housing position to the operating position in interlocking with operation of unlocking the wheelchair 1 by the locking device 10.
