PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upsize a heat source while preventing the heat source from being soaked in rain water infiltrating into a hot-air supply device. SOLUTION: The hot air-supply device 22 is disposed in a machine house in the rear inside a top cover. The hot-air supply device 22 comprises a casing 32 with a vortex chamber 37 and a heater storage part 38, a fan 30 stored in the vortex chamber 37, and a heater 31 stored in the heater storage part 38. The vortex chamber 37 and the heater storage part 38 are located almost at the same height positions, and a projection part 36 is provided between the vortex chamber 37 and the heater storage part 38 on the bottom of the casing 32.
