PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the quantity of data of judgment value data required for internal lottery, and to facilitate the development of a mass production model. SOLUTION: A winning combination determined according to a game condition and an address storing the number of judgment values for judging a combination as a win relating to the winning combination are registered in a game condition table for each game condition. The number of the judgment values is common irrespective of a set value and the number of bets in some cases and is changed according to the set value and/or the number of bets in other cases, and discrimination can be made by a common flag. The winning combinations having different addresses storing the number of the judgment values registered according to the set values and/or the number of bets can have the same number of the judgment values stored in their addresses and can have the same number of the judgment values irrespective of the set value and/or the number of bets.
