A rotor (4) having ductile rotor blades rotates about a vertical axle (2). Solar cells are attached to the outer surfaces of the rotor blades. The vertical axle is a slim hollow cone whose pointed tip is arranged upwards, and which has an under rotor storage (5) that accommodates a transmission (3) and a generator (6).
