<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that improves a user's operability during overlay printing. <P>SOLUTION: A form storage section 152 stores form data correspondingly to users. An ID input acceptance section 121 accepts the input of user ID to identify a user.
