<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module having an excellent antenna radiation characteristic and capable of reducing interference between wiring and the malfunction of a circuit at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna module is configured in such a way that an antenna substrate in which an antenna element and a semiconductor element are mounted on one surface or is a dielectric substrate is packaged on a module substrate surface in which a conductive pattern is coated and formed on the surface or the inside.
