<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the extension of a system for determining whether a color attribute is set or not. <P>SOLUTION: A color determination function is added to the function of acquiring API call log of Windows (R) of a PAT, the evidence that an application delivers color data to the Windows (R) is taken to solve a user claim for a print charge differing between color print and monochrome print.
