<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic sheet by which quality at least equivalent to the conventional one is obtained and which has good production efficiency, as well as to provide a ceramic substrate using it, a ceramic circuit substrate, and a module. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a ceramic sheet by which quality at least equivalent to the conventional one is obtained and which has good production efficiency is provided by using raw material powder having an adjusted particle size, and further by using an extrusion molding machine that combines a biaxial extrusion machine having strong kneading performance and a uniaxial molding machine having molding stability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
