<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a low-cost bottle can with a cap whose handleability is improved while a shape of an ease-to-drink conventional bottle can is held, and to provide favorable sealability and uncorking performance. <P>SOLUTION: A first cap 12 is equipped with a main body equipped with a first top wall 12a and a first peripheral wall 12b approximately hung from the outer peripheral edge of the first top wall 12a, and an annular liner 12c arranged on the inner face of the first top wall 12a and coaxially arranged to the top wall 12a. On the outer face side of the first top wall 12a, an opening means 13 in which a non-contacting part with the liner 12c of the first top wall 12a is made openable is provided. In the first cap 12, a lower end in the can axial direction of the first peripheral wall 12b is made a skirt rolling part 12e rolled in along an expanding part 11d.
