<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate the level difference of element characteristics such as a luminance or wavelength generated at the boundary of an element region piece, and to provide high quality as the whole of the element, in the transferring method wherein the element region pieces arrayed on a substrate are transferred. <P>SOLUTION: The level difference of element characteristics, such as a luminance, a wavelength or the like, is mitigated by the transferring method having a process for arraying a plurality of element region pieces 10 on the substrate, and a process for transferring the element region pieces on another substrate, so that the distribution in the region of the element region pieces becomes symmetry and the pieces are arrayed two-dimensionally while pinching a boundary between the element region pieces 10, 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
