<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise in a motor due to sensorless driving. <P>SOLUTION: A drive circuit is so constructed that the winding currents in three phases can be individually regulated, and winding current waveform is so constructed that the sum of axial forces in three phases is zeroed in accordance with a predetermined mathematical expression. Thus, the profiles of the winding currents in three phases can be made independent of one another. Vibration and noise can be reduced by compensating a vibration factor caused by some phase being in non-energized state by adjusting the current profiles in the other phases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
