<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for a position command to an object to be controlled having the vibration of a machine base and a time for the tuning work of a compensator. <P>SOLUTION: This autonomous designing method of the motor control system is configured such that a positioning control system is constituted to the object to be controlled having the vibration of the machine base mounted with a device driven by a motor by using position information related to the rotation position or the motor or the position of a movable part of the device. With respect to a specified moving distance of the movable part of a plurality of the moving distances, there are autonomously designed by using an optimization means: a feed forward compensator that is, (1) satisfied in positioning specification, (2) considered in a control target related to the suppression of the vibration of the machine base, (3) considered in safety on operation, (4) and secured in the safety of a feedback compensator; the feedback compensator; and a position command parameter. A genetic algorithm is used as the optimization means. The search range of a feedback compensator parameter is set so as to include a stabilization compensator parameter that is set initially or set after shipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
