<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact and separating mechanism of a unit capable of reducing a load torque applied on a clutch. <P>SOLUTION: The contact and separating mechanism of a unit 1 uses a cam 4 fixed to the rotating shaft 5 of an electromagnetic spring clutch that stops at a constant rotational angle.
