<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly save energy by suppressing a running cost for bacteria removal, disinfection and sterilization of water to be treated in a pool or the like into which water is artificially stored for swimming, and carry out secure bacteria removal, disinfection and sterilization using heat disinfection. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus circularly connects a compressor 10, a radiator 154, a decompression device 156, an evaporator 157 and others, uses carbon dioxide as a coolant, is provided with a refrigerant cycle device in which the high pressure side has a supercritical pressure and the radiator 154 of the refrigerant cycle device, includes an electrolytic cell 201 storing the water to be treated, at least a pair of electrodes 206A and 206B at least a part of which is immersed in the water to be treated in the electrolytic cell 201 and a solar battery 207, carries out the heat disinfection of the water to be treated by heat radiation of the radiator 154 in the refrigerant cycle device, applies the output of the solar battery 207 to the electrodes 206A and 206B, and carries out the bacteria removal or the sterilization of the water to be treated by electrochemical decomposition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
