<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert bus bars and reliably house them in regular positions in a case, without wrong insertions and thereby prevent faulty contact among bus bars. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical junction box is provided in its case with first bus bars and second bus bars formed integrally with fuse portions of narrow width, and the first bus bars are provided with a power supply connecting portion whose end is bent into an L shape with a bolt hole formed therein. Power supply connecting portions with bolt holes for the second bus bars formed therein are superposed on the outside surfaces of the power supply connecting portions of the first bus bars, and are tightened with bolts and are coupled with terminals connected with power lines. Ribs that are abutted against the both faces of the power supply connecting portions of the second bus bars, and clamp and fix the power supply connecting portions between them are integrally protruded in the interior of the case. With the second bus bars inserted into the case first, the first bus bars are inserted into the case. At this time, the power supply connecting portions of the first bus bars straddle the power supply connecting portions of the second bus bars. Thus, the power supply connecting portions of the second bus bars are prevented from being positioned on the side of the inside surfaces of the power supply portions of the first bus bars. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
