PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake specification information output device for outputting prescribed earthquake specification information (for example, epicenter distance and magnitude), an earthquake damage information annunciator for outputting earthquake damage information based on the earthquake specification information to be notified, and an earthquake damage evasion system capable of evading effectively a damage caused by an earthquake. SOLUTION: This earthquake damage evasion system 1 is provided with the earthquake specification information output device 10 having a measuring means for measuring a seismic wave initial motion portion, and an earthquake specification information output means for outputting the prescribed earthquake specification information based on the measured seismic wave initial motion portion, the earthquake damage information annunciator 20 having an earthquake damage information output means for outputting the earthquake damage information based on the earthquake specification information, and a notifying means for notifying the output earthquake damage information, and a communication line 30 for transmitting the earthquake specification information output from the earthquake specification information output device 10 to the earthquake damage information annunciator 20.
