PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly precise and stable temperature control method simultaneously achieving temperature control and defrosting/dehumidification operation. SOLUTION: Refrigeration gas B' is allowed to flow continuously to a refrigeration heat generator 8' in a refrigeration air-conditioning constant-temperature/constant-humidity chamber 2'. Discharge high-pressure/high-temperature gas A' of the same refrigeration gas compressor 3' is controlled wavily intermittently by adopting a temperature controller 11' of a prediction proportional control system, and is directly and continuously mixed into the refrigeration gas B' for directly controlling refrigeration generated heat.
