PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of easily setting user's connection and having high safety. SOLUTION: Temporary connection is established on the basis of temporary connection information such as an SSID and a cipher key converted from information inherent to an access point apparatus 101 which is a wired LANMAC address or the like included in the access point apparatus 101 (step 405) and main connection information such as SSID and a cipher key for main connection is transmitted (step 406).
