PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent random mixture of logic noise and output noise in image signal processing into an output signal and to output a high-quality image signal in which random noise is reduced. SOLUTION: A signal processor 1 comprises a digital signal processing circuit (DSP) 12 for processing a digital signal A/D converted from an analog signal stored in a pixel part 34, an output circuit 16 for outputting the signal processed by the digital signal processing circuit (DSP) 12 and a line memory 14 arranged between the output circuit 16 and the digital signal processing circuit (DSP) 12 and capable of storing the signal output from the digital signal processing circuit (DSP) 12 for a period shorter than a horizontal scanning period and constituted so that the output circuit 16 reads out the signal stored in the line memory 14 at the start of reading timing within the horizontal effective period.
