PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a dead space loading device is difficult to be used as a loading examination device because a quantitative amount and digital capacity of dead space are difficult to be set in its technology. SOLUTION: This dead space loading device is characterized by including a device body divided into a dead space forming chamber and an inspiration inlet chamber by an isolation wall. A respiration port is provided on one side of the dead space forming chamber, an exhalation valve is provided on the other side, an inspiration valve is provided on an arbitrary part of the inspiration inlet chamber, and valves are arranged on the isolation wall at predetermined intervals so that the dead space forming chamber and the inspiration inlet chamber can be communicated and an amount of dead space can be changed quantitatively.
