<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitting and receiving system excellent in providing accurate information desired by users. <P>SOLUTION: The information transmitting and receiving system includes a reading means 202 for reading identification information from an information storage medium (IC card); search means 301, 302 for searching for an information destination address based on the identification information read by the reading means; an information transmitting means 304 for transmitting information about the use of the information storage medium to the information destination address searched for by the search means; a receiving means 401 for receiving the use information transmitted by the information transmitting means; and information output means 403, 405 for creating and outputting a variety of information using a previously stored program and on the basis of the use information received by the receiving means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
