<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and certainly manage an article stocked in a warehouse shelf. <P>SOLUTION: The shelf stock article management program is constituted such that a stock processing part 120 posts information memorized in the article RFID 70 on the shelf RFID 50 when the article is stocked to the warehouse shelf 30 and a stock check part 130 manages the article stored in the warehouse shelf 30 using the shelf RFID 50 and the article RFID 70. Further, the article stocked in the warehouse shelf 30 without performing inspection and the article stored in the different shelf are periodically checked. Further, a high order cooperation part 150 transmits the information not transmitted to a high order server 60 of the memorized information and when abnormality is generated in the high order sever 60 and the high order sever 60 cannot receive the transmitted information, it is repeated to re-transmit the information after a constant time is passed until the high order server 60 receives it.
