<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation plate that has small fluctuations of phase difference value, even when the temperature environment changes. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated retardation plate laminating at least two retardation plates comprising a thermoplastic resin extending film, under same temperature condition, at least one retardation plate includes a relationship, in which the size change rate (X1) of the delay phase axis direction and the size change rate (X2) of an advance phase axis direction are ¾X1¾>¾X2¾, and at least one retardation plate has a relation, in which the size change rate (Y1) of the delay phase axis direction and the size change rate (Y2) of the advance phase axis direction satisfy the relation ¾Y1¾<¾Y2¾.
