<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring apparatus for mashing, which can well stir a raw material, simultaneously can removes fibrous material in the raw material with relative easiness. <P>SOLUTION: This stirring apparatus is equipped with a shaft member 20 vertically rotatably provided at the center of the cylindrical mashing tank 100 and a first stirring blade 30 having a stirring blade 31 that fixed on the upper end side of the shaft member 20 and is inclined so that the back side may be inclined downward with respect to the rotation direction of the shaft member 20, and the rod-like stirring members 32 extending in the direction crossing to the first stirring blade 30 are fixed at prescribed intervals and bent parts 33 bending in the forward rotation direction of the shaft member 20 are arranged on the lower end side of the stirring member 32 on the surface of the respective stirring blades 31 of the first stirring blade 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
