PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strengthen authentication using a device in conformity to EAP-TLS by using authentication using a temporary one time ID for wireless LAN authentication. SOLUTION: Before TLS negotiation in an authentication sequence by an IEEE802.1 x EAP-TLS authentication protocol in an IEEE802.11 wireless LAN, mutual authentication between an authentication client and a one time ID authentication server is performed by the one time ID which is identification information usable only for once, after authentication by the one time ID, the authentication sequence of the IEEE802.1 x EAP-TLS authentication protocol is continued from the TLS negotiation, mutual authentication between the client and a RADIUS server by the IEEE802.1 x EAP-TLS authentication protocol is also completed, and when both authentication are successful, the client, the RADIUS server and the one time ID authentication server are authenticated as valid one another.
