PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamber device capable of simplifying mounting work when a blowout grill is mounted on a blowout chamber. SOLUTION: The blowout chamber 48 is connected with an unit main body mounted on a ceiling part 32 of a building and storing a heat exchanger and a fan, through a blowout duct, the blowout grill 55 is fixed to a blowout port of the blowout chamber 48 by means of a plurality of screws 101-104, one of the screws 101, 102 is temporarily fastened to the blowout chamber 48, and an engagement part 108 engaged with a head part of the temporarily-fixed screw 101, 102 is formed on the blowout grill 55, thus all of screws 101-104 can be completely fastened in a state that the engagement part 108 is engaged with the head part of one of the screws.
