PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily predict, in a sort time, a concentration of a short life of a fine particle having an unstable composition in each position in a room. SOLUTION: This method of predicting a fine particle concentration distribution includes a step #23 for finding a flow field in the room, a step #24 for finding an air age distribution in the room, based on the flow field in the room, and a step #25 for converting an found air age into the concentration of the fine particle, and the concentration of the short life of the fine particle is found easily in an optional position in the room, by converting the air age found based on the flow field in the room, into the concentration of the fine particle. The concentration of the short life of the fine particle having the relatively unstable composition is predicted easily in the short time, in the optional position in the room.
