PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enricher capable of reducing the cold air feeling of oxygen-enriched air, and stabilizing the oxygen concentration of oxygen-enriched air. SOLUTION: An air conditioning means 6 and a temperature detecting means 7 for the passing air are mounted at an upstream side of an oxygen enriching unit 8 generating the oxygen-enriched air to control a temperature of the oxygen-enriched air. Thus the cold air feeling can be prevented by conditioning the passing air, and the oxygen concentration can be stabilized by controlling the temperature of the oxygen-enriched air.
