PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric equipment from being soaked in water due to flood disaster such as a typhoon, or the like. SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet wraps up an object from a lower surface and is flexible in the shape of bellows. Thus, the waterproof sheet is being closed normally, and a waterproof function can be exhibited instantly and easily by opening the sheet upward in danger, such as when flood disaster occurs. In the case of equipment fixed onto an installation floor, an installation fixture is passed through the hole of a plate on the bottom surface for clamping from both the surfaces of the plate by a nut, thus preventing water soaking.
