PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gradation voltage generation circuit capable of stably supplying gradation voltages corresponding to various gamma characteristics with a low power consumption at a low cost, a driving circuit, and an electro-optical apparatus. SOLUTION: A gradation voltage generation circuit 140 includes; an input-side resistance circuit 142 having first to J-th input voltage division nodes whose voltages result from dividing a voltage between first and second power lines by (J+1) (J is a positive integer) resistance elements which are connected in series between the first and second power lines and have fixed resistance values; first to J-th voltage follower circuits OPAMP<SB>1</SB>to OPAMP<SB>J</SB>to which voltages of respective input voltage division nodes are inputted; an output-side resistance circuit 144 which is connected between both power lines and has first to J-th output voltage division nodes which have voltages resulting from dividing a voltage between both ends and are driven by respective voltage follower circuits; and a gradation voltage selection circuit 146 which outputs voltages of L (J<L<K and L is an integer) kinds of resistance division nodes out of K(J<K and K is an integer) resistance division nodes for dividing voltages between both ends of the output-side resistance circuit 144, as gradation voltages.
