PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost, by miniaturizing the whole device. SOLUTION: An eccentric differential speed reducer 56 is rotated by transmitting rotation of an output shaft 59 of a driving motor 58 to any one 50a of two or more of crankshafts 50. Since a residual crankshaft 50b is synchronously rotated with one crankshaft 50a, the shaft directional length of the whole device can be shortened and miniaturized, to reduce the manufacturing cost.
