PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape that exhibits excellent unwinding property and is excellent in tack strength where the fouling of the adhesive layer surface is suppressed even when the coextrusion molding is performed using an adhesive of which the adhesive layer comprises a synthetic rubber as a main component. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape is integrally formed by coextruding a substrate layer, a back surface treatment layer formed on one side of the substrate layer and the adhesive layer formed on the other side of the substrate layer. The adhesive tape is characterized in that the back surface treatment layer is comprised of a composition containing a reaction product comprising an active hydroxide group-containing polyvinyl polymer and a long chain alkyl isocyanate compound, and an antioxidant.
