PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing case capable of efficiently performing a work for lowering an object to be packed on a floor surface in an inexpensive configuration with a small number of workers. SOLUTION: The packing case 1 comprises a bottom plate body 2 in which stays 6 are arranged between an upper bottom plate 4 and a lower bottom plate 5 with a predetermined space therebetween, and a fork insertion space of a forklift is formed between the stays 6, a shock-absorbing plate 12 which is provided on an upper face of the upper bottom plate 4 to absorb the load of an object 10 to be packaged, which is applied on the bottom plate 4, an upper case 3 connected to the bottom plate body 2, and flaps 7 which are provided on the periphery of the upper bottom plate 4 and bendable around each side of the bottom plate body 2, and packs the object 10 in the upper case 3 by raising the flaps 7 upright and connecting the flaps to the lower portion of the upper case 3. The cushioning plate 12 is bent upright in a regular case, and stored while leaning against the upper case 3 or an inner wall of the flaps 7. A movable slope 13 to form an inclined surface from an upper face of the bottom plate body 2 to a floor face by being tilted to the floor face across the flaps 7 during the unpacking is provided.
