PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit between discrete electrodes and also to reduce manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: Surface electrodes 28 and 29 respectively electrically connected to a plurality of the discrete electrodes 26 and a common electrode 27 are formed on an upper face of an actuator unit 21. A flexible printed circuit 50 arranged on the actuator unit 21 includes a base film 81 and conductor patterns 82a and 82b. The conductor pattern 82a is connected to a driver IC and the conductor pattern 82b is connected to the ground. Each conductor pattern 82a, 82b is connected to each surface electrode 28, 29, respectively. A projection 52 projecting towards a passage unit 4 is formed at the base film 81. An extension part 53 extending on the projection 52 is formed at the conductor pattern 82b.
