PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the trouble as a result of a frictional force increase due to a secular change or the like between a bearing part of a carriage and a sliding axle without loading a user with burden. SOLUTION: A CPU 204 measures a movement time near a target position of the carriage on the basis of an output of an encoder 212. When the measured result exceeds a predetermined time, the CPU 204 controls a PWM circuit 307 to make a position control gain (Gain) to be fed back to a motor driver 210 higher than normally for a period of time until the carriage reaches the target position.
