PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article support leg enabling the disposition of a plurality of articles close to each other and easily relative to each other in specified positions, a bolt pedestal enabling the provision of the article support leg, and a method of easily manufacturing the bolt pedestal at low cost. SOLUTION: This bolt pedestal 10 for article support leg comprises a top plate part 1 and a base skirt part 2. The top plate part 1 is formed by fitting onto the skirt part 2, and comprises a plurality of bolt through holes 11 for vertically installing bolts 3 on the top plate part. In the article support leg A, the bolts 3 are vertically installed on the pedestal 10. The method of manufacturing the bolt pedestal comprises a top plate part manufacturing step, a base skirt part manufacturing step, and a step for covering the top plate part on the base skirt part. The top plate part manufacturing step comprises a step for forming the plurality of bolt through holes in the top plate part according to the relative positions of the plurality of supported articles.
