PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of the base isolation artificial ground, capable of easily constructing the concrete artificial ground on a base isolation device, by cast-in-place of concrete. SOLUTION: A construction expected area of the base isolation artificial ground 3 is surrounded by a form 4, and after arranging the base isolation device 2 on a foundation 1, a support layer 5 is formed by laying sand all over on the foundation 1. Next, a water impermeable sheet 6 is laid on the support layer 5, and the artificial ground 3 is formed by placing the concrete on the sheet. After hardening the concrete of the artificial ground 3, the form 4 is removed, and next, the support layer 5 is removed by blowing off the sand by a jet blower 7.
